Got fed up driving and paying for gym subscription so decided to seek out my own investing in a home gym repurposing the garage. After some research and a discussions with a few friends hygym was recommended to me and I soon ordered the red multi gym squat rack bundle. I am not new to weight lifting but I have been out of practice for a number of years so I was a bit rusty getting back into it. The instruction booklet was not great, however, the online instructions on this site were good and informative. Ben was a brilliant help (sorry for all the questions!), even when I discovered a broken pulley, a new one was sent out right away and even sent me a second as a spare. Great customer service and really impressed with the kit. Does everything I need it to and more. Thanks Hygym.

Very happy with the speed of delivery and the majority of items. I was, however, very disappointed that the exercise bike arrived damaged. I was able to put it together but the plate which attached to the front stand was quite badly buckled at one side.
Happy with all the equipment. But your online assembly in instructions for the sqaut rack are woefully inadequate half the photos won’t down load and information is minimal to say the least. It doesn’t help that I have to keep refreshing the page because an advert keeps popping up and stopping me seeing
This has transformed my garage into a first class training space. Excellent buy and great support from the boys at HyGYM. The pullups bar was successfully installed upside down due to height restrictions. This was done easily with longer bolts and a few spacers. Great piece of kit.

Good solid package, delivered 2 days after ordering. There was a piece missing, but excellent customer service ensured part was delivered promptly. Everything up and running and being used daily.
