Q) Does the multi gym squat rack need to be mounted or secured for stability?
A) No, the HyGYM multi gym is a freestanding rack and weighs 74KG in total.
Q) Are your products covered by a warranty?
A) Yes, we offer 24 months warranty on all of our products. This covers any fault to the product when it’s received. It also covers any component or mechanical failure. It doesn’t, however, cover any wear and tear.
Q) How long does delivery take?
A) Once dispatched, we aim to have orders delivered within two – three working days. Please allow up to five working days before getting in touch if your item hasn’t arrived.
Q) Where is your click & collect?
A) If you choose to click & collect, our warehouse is located in Swindon, Wiltshire – SN2 8EJ.
Q) What do I do if I experience an issue with one of my orders?
A) If you do experience any problem with an item from your order or have a general enquiry, please get in touch with one of our friendly team members via email, social media or phone. We’ll always be happy to help.
Q) Can you deliver on a weekend?
Some of our couriers deliver on Saturdays but unfortunately this isn’t something that we can guarantee.
